Research-Based Literature
Research-based information is available to enhance youth leaders' understandings of youth, culture, systems, faith formation, etc. This is especially helpful for those who train youth leaders, so that what is taught doesn't come solely from personal experience or anecdotal evidence. Many will find these books to be too academic to be useful; others will glean pearls of wisdom that will help inform practitioners in ways that will advance the youth ministry field.
